Overview

One of the primary responsibilities of a Board is to assess the CEO and how they are leading the company.

In a world where business is continually disrupted by new technologies and social changes, how do boards really understand how a CEO is leading and what type of culture he/she is creating?

Our members and guests joined us for a candid conversation on different approaches for Boards and CEO’s to have transparent processes and communications about expectations and performance.
