Please join NACD and USI for a private roundtable dinner discussion regarding the truth about Cyber Insurance, facilitated by David Paris and Tim Losie. Seating is limited so please, don't wait!
Equifax, Yahoo!, Target, Home Depot, T.J. Maxx. This list has become synonymous with massive data breaches, but any company, large or small, can be hit by a cyber attack. What if your company was on this list? Today’s boards of directors have a duty to their stakeholders to protect their companies from a breach and its consequences. Having a robust cybersecurity program in place is essential, and cyber breach response insurance can be an integral part of the program. During this roundtable discussion we will discuss hot topics such as the SEC’s 2018 cybersecurity disclosure guidance and the GDPR, the insurance available to respond to breaches and cyber-related law suits, and real-world breach response examples from insurance carriers.
This peer-to-peer engagement roundtable dinner is one of the favorite local NACD events. Please come willing to share your unique perspectives and insights on these issues. The discussion will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open, candid dialogue, so attendees and their comments will not be identified in publications resulting from the discussion. We are only inviting a small group of Directors and C-suite officers for this private dinner and hope you can join us.
