A former bank regulator with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Ken participated in asset recovery exceeding $50.0 billion during the nation’s S&L crisis and thereafter became President & CEO of a NASDAQ-listed bank holding company headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ken introduced some of the most progressive internet-based technology yet seen in online financial services including the first “branded” bank launched with entertainment icon David Bowie. Upon sale of the enterprise, Ken became Chairman, President & CEO of TRM Corporation, one of the world’s largest NASDAQ-listed consumer banking networks, annually disbursing over $2.5 billion for consumers in American, British, Canadian, French and German markets. With the advent of cryptocurrency and introduction of blockchain technology at the enterprise level, Ken directed a bitcoin-based R&D initiative that included a significant mining operation.
